The main goal of the Committee is to ensure efficient work of the Company’s BoD when dealing with issues related to the Committee's competence:

• monitoring of the Company’s activity in the sphere of technological connection of consumers to networks, including contract work and keeping statistics of connections for each group of consumers;
• elaboration of propositions on improvement of legal procedures, increasing transparency and facilitation of  work on technological connection of consumers to the Company's networks;
• preparation of recommendations on dealing with the most troublesome complaints and applications related to technological connection of consumers to distribution grids received by the Company ;
• assistance in prevention and elimination of abuse in the sphere of technological connection to the Company's networks;
• elaboration of propositions on basic indicators influencing the efficiency of activity in the sphere of technological connection and ensuring non-discriminatory access to technological connection of consumers to electric grids;
• analysis of Company’s activity in implementation of federal target programmes;
• ideas on issues related to interaction with consumers and sophistication of processing the applications received form consumers;
• submission of suggestions on enhancement of legal base of the RF Government;
• other instructions received from the BoD.
